Training contracts offered in the longer term for eligible employeesWe are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established multi-office law firm who are looking to attract an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. The role can be based in Leamington Spa or in Coventry. You will be fully supported in this role by experienced support staff and colleagues.
The role will involve:
Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish including
sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
remortgages
transfer of equity
help to buy and right to buy
shared ownership
Liaising with clients and keeping them fully updated
Liaising with third-party professionals including estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, the Land Registry and other side's solicitors Suitable candidates will have:
3 years’+ experience of running your own residential conveyancing caseload
A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completionThis is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexible hours are available two days per week (8am to 4pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm) if desired. Home working is accommodated one day per week. Reduced hours may also be considered for suitably experienced candidates.
