One of our most prestigious clients owns a four-star idependent hotel for in Northamptonshire which is well-known hot spot for the locals and travellers and businesses. The hotel is located in popular village at the edge of Northampton. The hotel has 22 bedrooms and caters for business guests through the week and couples and families over the weekends. The restaurant is mainly a "go to place" for families, birthday and other private parties and business clientele.
We are looking to recruit Senior Chef De Partie with salary between 28,000 - 32,000 per annum + tips + meals on duty + overtime.
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will assist in managing the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef and the team to deliver a consistent, compliant, and profitable department in line with all statutory requirements and health and safety procedures. Your role will be crucial in delivering a wide variety of meetings and events.
Responsibilities:

You will be involved in coming up with ideas for weekly specials

Be able to cook from fresh ingrediencies, including ice cream and speciality breads

Be part of a friendly & long term serving team

Ensure consistency in the food offer throughout the hotel

Participate in food ordering and stock rotation

Minimize and monitor waste using internal systems

Follow company standards and deliver a high degree of success
Who Are We Looking for:

Chef De Partie looking to step up

Have excellent culinary skills

Worked as Chef de Partie already and have experience in a similar role

Be able to maintain processes for efficient working

NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery or equivalent

Intermediate Food Hygiene Level 2 or above
