An exciting permanent opportunity to join an IT Services Division as a Senior Developer for the Application and Dynamics CRM function. You will lead a small development team and drive forward the development of the CRM systems.
This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the improvements to the existing CRM tools that are based on Microsoft Dynamics which will drive the success of future projects.
You will provide day to day support functions and dynamic project work. Working closely with the business, ensuring there is a thorough understanding of requirements and issues whilst working collaboratively with the development and wider IT team.
You will engage in identifying, designing, building, installing, integrating, testing, debugging and adding new features to the software systems. Your leadership style will be crucial in building and supporting the team. Developing the team’s technical knowledge and expertise while delivering a high standard to customers.

Skills/experience/attributes
- Extensive expeirence as a CRM Developer using D365
- Strong Experience of Microsoft Dynamics suite of applications particularly CRM
- Strong experience with ETL design and implementation
- Extensive experience of leading a small team
- Strong experience with ETL design and implementation
- Knowledge of the SDLC and professional software development practices and associated technologies
- Strong experience in supporting a large user base of Dynamics CRM users
- Experience of data migrations and CRM upgrades are highly desirable
