I am working with a Housing Client in the Liverpool region who are looking to recruit a Fire Risk Assessor. In this role, you will perform comprehensive fire risk assessments for residential housing, care schemes, and properties managed by housing organisations. Your assessments will ensure fire safety compliance and identify hazards, while your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe environment for residents and occupants.
This position is perfect for a meticulous professional with a solid background in fire risk assessments, particularly within residential housing and care schemes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct Type 1, 3, and 4 fire risk assessments in domestic housing and care schemes.

Identify and report hazards and risks associated with fire in various building types.

Evaluate and audit existing fire risk assessments for adequacy.

Report fire risk issues and recommend appropriate control measures.

Audit fire safety systems and recommend temporary controls for high-risk situations.
Experience Required:

Experience of working as a FRA for residential housing, care and support schemes and evidence of applying PAS79

Ability to carry out site visits and physical inspection works

Qualification relevant to the role.
