Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: Kegsworth, East Midlands and surrounding areas.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + £4,000 Car Allowance & Annual Profit Sharing Bonus!
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Electrical Contracts Manager - The Role
At JBB Electrical, we're expanding, and we need a talented Electrical Contracts Manager to join our motivated team!

Key Responsibilities;
• Collaborating with our Directors, Designers, and Contracts Managers as part of our contracting installation department.
• Carrying out surveys, carrying out electrical designs and providing estimates for Smaller projects
• Taking over customer accounts as relationships and knowledge develop.
• You will be involved in all parts of the construction managerial process, overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Health & Safety – preparation of RAMS and monitoring site H&S.
• Pre-installation design – working with our electrical designer/CAD.
• Liaising with our Software and Panel Manufacturing departments to ensure all aspects of the installation have been considered.
• Managing site installation teams.
• Overseeing testing and inspection of installations and producing O+Ms to customer requirements
• Delivering projects on time & budget.
• Calculating costs for variations and negotiating with customers.
Electrical Contract Manager – What you will need to succeed in this role:
Skills & Experience;
• Previous experience in an Electrical Contracts/Project managers role
• 2391 Testing & Inspecting and Certification and working knowledge of BS7671 18th Edition.
• Background in Electrical commercial/industrial installations and project agreement.
• Sound knowledge of electrical design and installation methods
• Strong attention to detail
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Good general IT Skills MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
• UK driving license.
• Health and safety qualification
Additional Skills/ Training Offered:
Having previous knowledge of refrigeration/control systems would be an advantage but is not essential. We can assist with learning this area as part of the integration into the contracting team.
