Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of our facilities management services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Performance Monitoring: Analyse operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing our services and operational achievements.Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the facilities management sector.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of successful team development.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
Client Focus: Excellent client relationship management skills.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
