Business Development Executive
Salary 24K-26K, Bonus Scheme OTE Year 1 £36K
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Our Client is one of the leading suppliers and installers of energy reduction solutions in the UK reducing both kWh consumption and harmful CO2 emissions in the process.
With several innovative technologies that include VO, Gas Fuel Optimiser, Coolnomix and EV, they have become an award-winning supplier across all sectors. They are looking for a new Entry Level Business Development Executive to join their existing team in their vibrant office in Manchester.
The ideal candidate may have some sales experience or background ideally selling a technology-driven solution.
The Business Development Executive role.
Initially you will be supporting the Business Development Team, helping them Develop and deliver energy reduction solutions to UK companies whilst you hone your skills. You will quickly progress to Business Development manager within 6 months, when you will put in to practice the skills you have acquired to build your own client portfolio.
The BDE role will involve online and face-to-face demo's over a range of products with varying sales cycle lengths..
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Be able to demonstrate a desire for sales, or show success in a previous sales role
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills including both telephone (demo), 1 - 1, and be social media savvy.
- Experience with a CRM desirable, and excellent IT skills, Excel and MS Office
- Superb telephone manner and strong work ethic
- Must be able to manage own diary and possess excellent organisational skills
- Stay calm and manage tight deadlines.
- A team player understanding that there are NO short-cuts to success.
- Determined and must be ambitious for success
