Their Building Design Practice is looking for an experienced and motivated Regional BIM Lead (Building Services) to join their team. This role, based in our Bristol office, offers the chance to work with designers across the UK and internationally.
The Regional BIM Lead (Building Services) role emphasizes people and project transformation through Digital & BIM.
As a member of the Building Design BIM team, you will maintain communication with National BIM Leads, regional/studio leadership, and project teams. You will help develop goals and project plans to meet regional objectives, support successful work winning, and adopt and deliver project Digital & BIM. Additionally, you will mentor project teams on best practices for delivering projects throughout their lifecycle.

Lead a dedicated regional BIM team to meet regional, project, and client demands.
Implement the national practice strategy for upskilling staff in Digital & BIM.
Manage regional Digital & BIM skills gaps, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams.
Identify and communicate regional training needs.
Attend industry conferences and provide feedback to the BIM team.
Seek opportunities with potential clients to promote our Digital & BIM capabilities.
Process:
Implement the Practice Transformation Plan in the region.
Lead the deployment of the BIM strategy across the region.
Support the development and implementation of the national BIM strategy.
Contribute to the BIM Portfolios.
Measure and evidence the benefits of people, process, and technology initiatives for projects and practice.
Technology:
Support successful work winning, adoption, and delivery of project Digital & BIM requirements.
Coordinate across the Building Design practice to integrate technical standards and workflows.
Assist regional project teams with BEP development and implementation, including establishing project-specific processes, protocols, and CDE arrangements.
Deliver BIM project requirements successfully.
Provide regular project status reports to leadership.
Evaluate and promote new digital tools within the business and the industry.
Audit hardware and software requirements within the region to align with the national BIM strategy.
