Interaction Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be representing a local employer in their search for a part time Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working 30 hours per week over 5 days in an office based role, the hours worked are flexible between 9 - 4. Working in a standalone role, you will be required to carry out the following duties:
Sales and Purchase Ledger
Credit Control
Processing Payroll
Submitting information to HMRC
Processing pension information
Daily bank reconciliation
General accounts and office duties
Successful applicants must have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar UK based role
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience in Sage 50 is essential
Team player with a flexible attitude
This role is being initially offered on a temporary basis, with a permanent role being available after 12 weeks subject to performance.
All suitable applicants must live within a commutable area to the office and be available to start work at short notice.
