Contracts Officer required to work for a social housing provider in Solihull.
About the Job:
My client requires an experienced and professional Contracts Officer to monitor and supervise maintenance contracts for their social housing properties.
You will offer technical advice and contract administration, entering updates and monitoring invoices.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and to strict deadlines; at all times ensuring that a high quality standard of work is delivered. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking housing association who are continually look to expand their team.
About You The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of delivering projects/contracts and contract administration

HNC in Building Services or equivalent

Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Strong communication and customer service skills
