A varied Production Administrator position has arisen, working on a full-time basis for a manufacturing company near the Tile Hill area of Coventry. Joining a small team, you will be working alongside engineers, production & the shop-floor team to provide administrative support.
As the Production Administrator you will be -
Managing and updating the ERP system
Completing risk assessments, compiling accident reports and ensuring H&S system is compliant
Raising and submitting purchase requests, printing out delivery notes and arranging collections of parts
Managing and updating audit reports, maintenance reports and assist with preparing for quarterly audits
Handling incoming calls and developing strong working relationships with customers and suppliers

Providing administrative support in a manufacturing or engineering company
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Good customer service with a strong telephone manner
Good numeracy skills

Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (some flexibility)

Salary circa £25k
This will be an office-based Production Administrator role where you will be required to be on-site full time at their offices, which are based near Coventry.
