Account Manager – Direct Mail

My client is one of the UK’s leading customer communications agencies, renowned for creating and delivering print and digital communications with well-known global brands. They are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
Based on site with a leading client and reporting to the Account Director, the ideal candidate will have strong account management and client service skills, be conscientious and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background managing direct mail campaigns.
You will:
Support and provide excellent levels of service to customers
Interpret client requirements and provide pricing for physical and digital campaign work
Liaise with clients to understand their needs
Ensure administration and quality procedures are followed
Update the MIS system accordingly
Skills required for this role:
Strong knowledge of direct mail in either a production or print management environment
Minimum of 2 years account management experience
Ability to professionally manage client expectations
Ability to communicate efficiently and build rapport with other departments throughout the business
Flexible in your approach to workload and task allocation to ensure client demands are met
You will need a good standard of Maths and English
You must have previous experience in an direct mail Account Manager position.
