We are seeking a part-time Administrator to support our client's Accounts team.
This role will suit someone with experience in a similar role, confident dealing with numbers and general finance related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Managing the accounts mailbox
Handling any account related phone calls and enquiries
Supporting with the sales & purchase ledger, entering invoice information and credit control administration
Handling reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies
Any other ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider teamWhat we are looking for:
Solid organisational skills
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines

Title: Accounts Administrator
Salary: £12 to £13ph (up to £20,280 based on 30 hours per week (FTE up to £27,040))
Contract: Permanent, Part-time
Hours: 30 hours per week, ideally 10am to 4pm but can offer flexibility
You will need to have access to a vehicle to get to the offices, they are not accessible via public transport
