Based in Birmingham City Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has great people skills and a passion to succeed.
As an Customer Service Manager your duties will include:

Calling candidates to discuss potential job opportunities

Writing and reviewing job adverts
-
Performing candidate searches and CV sifting
-
Building good candidate relationships
-
Assisting with candidate payroll queries
-
Liaising directly with the Client, with Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates
-
Interviewing and registering candidates
-
Ensuing candidates have the correct right to work documents
-
Screening and preparing candidates for roles
The Ideal candidate will:

Are a self-motivated

Be target focused
-
Be confident, ambitious and hard working
-
Strong written and verbal English skills
-
Have excellent listening skills
-
Be very personable and able to build effective working relationships
-
Possess strong attention to detail with outstanding telephone manner
-
Have good IT skills with regards to Google, Outlook, Word and Excel
