Cash Allocation Clerk - Worksop – £24,000

Cash Allocation Clerk Responsibilities:
Reconciling a high volume of customer payments and ensure accurate and timely allocation
Reviewing & investigation of unallocated cash
Processing refunds on customer credit balances in line with G4S procedures
Adjusting the receivables ledger where required
Processing customer credit/debit card payments
Actioning any inbound email queries
Assisting with any audit requirements
Ensuring that month end tasks are completed within agreed timescales
Looking for process improvement opportunities for FSSC service delivery
Working to a daily team target set by the team leader
Any other ad hoc tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience:
A good understanding of the Accounts Receivable process
An understanding of SAP, Oracle, and/or other Finance systems
You must live within reasonable commuting distance of Worksop
Desirable:
Experience of collaborating with customers to resolve queries and issues
Experience of working in a busy Finance environment
