Pay: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + route into car sales with clear career progression

Our client’s brand is known for delivering driving pleasure, a status achieved through decades of innovation, unwavering quality, and customer commitment. As a Senior Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing digital sales leads from various sources (portal, live chat, emails & Artificial Intelligence); creating and loading leads onto the database and passing them to the sales team, ensuring response times are in line with service level agreements.
You will also act as the primary point of contact for questions from the sales support team.
What you'll be doing as a Senior Contact Centre Sales Advisor with our client:
Oversee compliance with service level agreements, ensuring all calls are answered within 30 seconds.
Accurately input all incoming sales calls into the database and promptly forward them to the sales team.
Assist the team in reaching targets by managing both inbound and outbound customer calls.
Complete the department's daily tasks efficiently in the absence of managers.
Supply customers with information to help them decide on purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Route customer enquiries to the relevant departments.
Support sales teams across the group by:
Aiding in the creation and implementation of contact plans, with an emphasis on follow-ups.
Making additional ad-hoc sales prospecting calls to generate new leads.Our Client is looking for someone with:
Previous experience working in a senior role
A key interest in the sales process
Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
Leadership qualities
High level of organization
Ability to multitask
