Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator – Doncaster – Hybrid working - Up to £28k basic plus comms (OTE £34k+) and great benefits package
Flexible working hours and we will consider part-time hours. You will need to be able to commute to the office in Thorne 2-3 times a week.
We are a close-knit team who support each other, but as the business has grown, we have found ourselves stretched far too thinly on too many occasions. So, we now need to find the perfect Resourcer/Administrator to take the weight off our shoulders and join our hard- working friendly team.

What your typical day will look like:
Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards, Social Media and other platforms
Creating and managing job advertising via job boards/Linked In/Website
Responding to inbound telephone calls/enquiries
Take ownership of the CRM system and ensure that all data is correctly logged and up to date
Carry out initial screening of relevant candidates
Provide solid support to the busy team wherever needed
Ongoing training
Who/what are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role ideal, but we are also open to internal recruitment
Previous Linked In experience (ideal)
Strong admin/Microsoft Office skills
Great communicator - strong spoken and written communication skills
Previous experience using a CRM
A creative, ideas person who loves to contribute
Happy to “muck in” wherever needed
