InstaStaff are currently recruiting for Experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Birmingham.
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor are:
Making outbound and inbound calls.
Taking information over the phone.
Dealing with questions, queries, and issues.
Dealing with data, such as payment details.
Updating payment methods as/when required.
Updating in-house CRM system.
Taking high volume calls, up to 120 per day.
Administrative duties such as data entry.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
MUST have 2 years’ experience within the same/similar role.
Administration experience preferred, not essential.
Experience using Microsoft Packages preferred, not essential.
MUST be flexible with working hours/weekends (see hours below).
Must be looking for long-term, temporary to permanent work.
The hours of the Customer Service Advisor:
Monday to Friday - Day shift.
37.5 hours per week.
Alternate weekends will be involved.
Full Time position.
Working hours required: (Apply online only), (Apply online only), (Apply online only). You must be flexible to work all 3 shifts as well as occasional Saturday work.
You must be flexible with working hours, as well as flexible to work weekends as/when required to do so.
The pay rate for the role is between £13.46 per hour. This is a PRE AWR pay rate.
This is a temporary to permanent position with the view to go permanent after the 12-week period
