Job Title: HR System Coordinator
Duration: 6 months with the scope to extend
Location: Bristol (1-2 days per week in office)
Pay rate: £19 per hour
My client is a national electricity company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world. The team is based across Bristol and flexible arrangements are supported and encouraged, although there will be a requirement to attend the office as and when required.
Overview:
Reporting to the Employee Services Manager, the job holder will:
To manage projects and technology systems to implement and improve processes with the People Services department
To use technology to solve problems and improve outcomes
Ensure data accuracy across the HR platforms
Co-ordinate system updates and enhancements
Key Accountabilities
To support the ESM and request access to all new systems related to a role
Identifying and evaluating different ways of working
Assisting in enhancing the design and maintaining share point
Preparation of detailed process maps for use of systems for the People Services team
To be the point of contact for IT, E5, and Crown to support updates and effective communications to our internal customers
To project manage new ways of working to roll out to the People Services team
To assist the ESM in all system structure re designs and updates
To work with key stakeholders of the business and ESM to test and implement new processes
To assist the ESM with monthly audits off all systems, assuring 100% compliance is met
To assist with Tripad, ATS queries and changes requests
To provide monthly updates to transport, recording the correct financial MU's
Responding flexibly to the changing needs of the business
Responding promptly to queries from key stakeholders
Ensuring compliance of information recorded in Resource Link
Assist the People coordinators with Resource link updatesKey skills:
Excellent literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Resource Link, or similar HRIS
An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying priorities
Good computer skills, particularly the ability to create and manipulate output
Critical thinker, a problem solver, detail orientated and big picture thinker
