Accounts Assistant required for a temporary to permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Birmingham
This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
Day to day running of the Accounts payable
Responsible for the posting of invoices / credit notes to the system
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Payment of invoices
Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Cash allocation
Journals
Respond to supplier queries and requests for information
Key Requirements :
Previous experience in Accounts Assistant role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent data entry and organisational skills
