Our client is seeking 2 x Technical Assistants to provide support in various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining office efficiency and handling day-to-day operations.
This is a fulltime Temporary position for an initial 3 month period, however will be reviewed with the consideration of extending this.
Main Duties (not limited to):

Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Perform clerical duties to support the office operations

Assist in administrative tasks as required

Type documents and correspondence promptly and accurately

Computerise information using relevant software systems

Calculation of timesheets, updating sickness and absence reports

Operation of switchboard and or Reception duties

Schedule and reschedule appointments and ensuring all affected are updated

Providing customer care
Skills/attributes:

Experience within a similar role

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently

Good administrative skills to support daily operations

Capable of working alone as well as within a team

36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday £12.96 per hour
