The Role
You’ll manage the sales progression process for real estate transactions from offer to completion, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that might occur throughout the process. You’ll be responsible for effective communication with clients, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to ensure smooth completion of transactions and providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
Delivering effective property solutions fast is pivotal in the provision of a high value service to their clients, so you’ll also have autonomy to identify and implement ideas and strategies to improve efficiencies and times scales within the sales lifecycle. You’ll also be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and will play a vital role selling the company to agents and prospective clients alike.
Your Background
Ideally you’ll have at least 3 years’ experience and a proven track record working in residential sales or sales progression within estate agency. You’ll have excellent working knowledge of legislation, will be highly organized and have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
