We are currently recruiting a Senior Operations Manager role for a UK provider of social housing and accommodation solutions to the public sector
The role would offer a salary roughly between £65,000 and £85,000 plus company benefits, depending on experience
The role will be remote based, with occasional trips to sites dotted around the South West of England roughly twice a month (although more frequent in the first few months of the role).
The role is responsible for leading, delivering and developing the daily operations; to inform and progress the operational strategy. This includes the leadership and management of staff including housing officers and key stakeholders, performance management via data interrogation, analysis and interpretation; risk management; compliance against contractual and legislative requirements.
Candidate requirements:

Experience of working with public sector/government clients.
