M&E Commissioning Manager
Our client, a reputable M&E contractor is looking for an experienced M&E Commissioning Manager to start asap on a long term commercial project in Woking.
Working Monday to Friday, day rate £350, weekly paid CIS. Free on site parking. Long duration of works.
Responsibilities
To carry out surveys, measurements and reporting final works on site
Progress reports and documentation control
Overseeing electrical testing and reports
Identifying and resolving electrical issues
Managing site commissioning office and producing reports and statements
Ensure that M&E systems comply with design specifications, regulatory standards & requirements and inspect to identify errors
Accurate records of M&E commissioning activities including tests procedures, inspection reports and equipment documentation
Liaising with client/ project manager and site team
Experienced in commissioning management and happy to compile schedules and manage the process from ATP1 (Design) to ATP 2 (Installation QA) through to ATP 3 (Commissioning and going LIVE) and finishing with ATP 4 (O&Ms).
Requirements
Experience in a similar role
M&E commissioning knowledge & experience with commissioning software and processes
Electrical qualifications
JIB/ ECS gold or black card
Excellent organisational skills
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
