The role:
As their Health and Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their health and safety standards for their current and upcoming projects.
Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures compliant with regulatory standards
Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Investigating accidents or incidents, analysing causes, and implementing preventive measures
Collaborating with Projects Managers, Engineers and Site Management to integrate safety protocols into project planning and execution
Maintain health and safety accreditation's
Promote a positive health and safety culture
Requirements:
Proven experience as a health and safety Manager in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and engage team members in safety initiatives
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and develop proactive solutions
NEBOSH certificate
CSCS Card
Excellent interpersonal skills
