The Duties of the Customer Service Manager will include;
Manage the customer experience & manage the full contact centre & department
Manage the day to day running’s of the office
Assist the general manager with personnel matters; recruitment, training, discaplinaries & dismissals
manage the customer service function to a high standard, surpass & maintain customer satisfaction
collate, report & manage KPIs and other management statistics

The Required experience & characteristics of the Customer Service Manager will be:
Proven experience in a similar, business to business customer service role
Ideally, experience from the Accident Body Repair or Automotive sector
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Professional fluency in English, other languages a plus
