This role is such a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a springboard for their career. This is a Maternity-Cover so it is for 12 months, but in that year you would work with an iconic British brand giving your CV some real kudos.
As Head of the Holiday Village, you would oversee a complex of circa 700 static caravans, plus a play area, entertainment and bar complex. You would ensure every guest had a fantastic time in a beautifully maintained holiday complex, whilst also selling pitches and caravans to people who want to return year on year.
This role will really showcase your talents in providing a seamless, entertaining holiday for all ages, as part of the wider resort experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Ensuring guests have a fantastic time is front and centre
Being first port of call for prospective pitch or caravan buyers, alongside your motivated and knowledgeable sales team
Consistently exceeding targets, driving sustainable revenue growth
Working in conjunction with the wider resort to plan future growth strategues.
Working with the maintenance teams to ensure all repairs are swiftly and effectively handled
Candidate Profile
Excellent sales skills in the leisure industry, ideally with some experience of caravan sales, are a must
Enthusiasm for leadership, along with coaching and development skills
Passion for customer service
Experience in a similar role
