Technical Sales Administrator required for an engineering company based in Watford. The aim of the position will include the following:
Increase the company's sales by interacting with customers.
Carrying out sales admin & logistical activities to ensure customer orders are processed & delivered on time.
Introducing new and maintaining existing product ranges.
Technical Sales Administrator - Engineering Position Overview
Sales Admin - Order processing & progressing; following up customer enquiries and marketing activities; following up on actions in conjunction with the field sales team; liaising with the field sales team about customer opportunities.
Tech Support - providing technical support to the external sales team and customers, including preparation of quotes; giving guidance on product selection.
Product Management - market & competitor research, identifying required products and new market opportunities, overseeing the introduction of new product ranges.
Technical Sales Administrator - Engineering Position Requirements
Either a junior level (Graduate or college leaver in engineering or similar) or experienced Sales admin within engineering
