Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator
Salary: Circa £30,000
Location: Ascot
Responsibilities:
Create marketing content to share across varied platforms and avenues
Share engaging social media posts and interact with followers
Update the website with cohesive marketing
Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and posters
Set up email marketing campaigns to inform subscribers of upcoming events
Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities
Maintain accurate records of attendees and donations using the CRM system
Distribute communications materials internally and externally
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and budget trackingSkills and experience:
A creative and engaging individual who can bring fresh ideas
A marketing/ communications related degree
Proven experience of systems such as Mailchimp, Canva, Premier Pro
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
