An exciting role has now come available for a Telesales Executive to join the team and help grow the business in pre-construction & SHEQ services.
Job Purpose:
To help grow and shape the business bringing in new clients and speak with current customers informing them of the products and services Bridgehead Consultancy can provide. You will be confident on the phone, happy to cold call and have an interest in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using the provided scripts.

Answer questions about products or the company.

Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.

Direct prospects to the relevant team when necessary.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Process orders accurately.

Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
