At Engineering Direct Ltd we are looking for an Office Manager to work for a busy and ever growing Structural and Civil Engineering Company.

Principal Responsibilities
Administration & Record Keeping

To maintain an accurate record of bookkeeping, budgeting & invoicing

To perform invoice entries & payment records

To prepare payroll monthly

General clerical duties

To keep operative training up to date

Assisting with quotations

Assisting with client liaison

General communication between all staff

Work pattern
Monday - Friday, start at 7am
No weekends
9/10 hours day, as required, some flexibility
Based on a site just outside of Brecon
A Company car is provided so a full drivers licence is essential
Some construction, QS or engineering experience would be preferred but not essential
SALARY IS A GUIDE AND IS NEGOTIATIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
