We are currently recruiting for an Exports Coordinator to join our client's team located at their top class facility in Stafford (ST18 area). This is a permanent role working within the company's transport and distribution team, which has become available to help the company work towards its growth targets.
Export Coordinator basic job details:

Monday – Thursday 08:00–17:00, Fridays 08:00-15:45pm

Export Coordinator key job responsibilities:

Using SAP system to process orders received from international customers
-
Container and transport planning duties
-
Production and relevant completion of all customs documentation to ensure smooth transport

Answering all emails and phone calls in a timely manner
-
Liaise with production, stores and transport companies to ensure that all the needs of international customers are met

Keep relevant reports up to date
Export Coordinator person specification:
-
Previous experience within export, transport, or distribution planning is ideal, preferably where containers are being utilised as part of the process

Knowledge of customs documentation/processes are essential due to the global distribution channels the company has

Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel are required
-
Good customer service and communication skills are required
-
You must have a great attention to detail, and be someone who remains organised

The company uses SAP software to help to integrate its processes, so if you have used this previously, that'd be great, but it is not essential.
