Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to internal users, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.

System Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Database Management: Support the administration and maintenance of databases, specifically MS Access and SQL Server.

User Assistance: Help employees with IT-related queries and provide guidance on software and hardware usage.

IT Projects: Participate in various IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.

Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Security Compliance: Assist in ensuring the institution's IT infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and other departments to identify and address IT needs, contributing to the development of IT strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware. Familiarity with MS Access and SQL Server is highly desirable.
