Customer Service Administrator
Location: Kendal, LA9 6SA
Salary: £12 per hour + benefits
Contract: Part time, Permanent
Hours: 16 -18 hours per week
Job share: working 2 days per week every Monday & Tuesday, 9am-5pm, plus annual leave cover required as part of job share

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, visitors and other team members across the organisation; providing excellent service, advice and support in this vital role.
You will also provide efficient administration support and work collaboratively with other members of the Head Office teams, in particular our other corporate services such as marketing, communications, property and HR.
Working hours are Monday & Tuesday 9-5pm at Oaklea Group's Head Office in Kendal and we expect the post holder will cover annual leave as part of the job share.
Customer Service Administrator - About You:
Experience of working in a busy customer service environment and good organisational skills to balance a varied workload is essential to this role. Full training and induction will be given and we are looking for the successful candidate to commence as soon as possible.
You will have excellent listening skills, be able to relay important information and be able to talk confidently about the work of the organisation; signposting people to the relevant team. The role will also require management of the building's security, looking after visitors and providing meeting set up support.
An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (Paid for by Oaklea, T&Cs apply)
