DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Control to join our very successful client's team.
Responsibilities include:
· Checking, collecting, and organizing incoming paperwork and documents from various sources
· Sorting, coding, and filing documents alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
· Creating, updating, and retrieving records and files as needed
· Digitizing, copying, and distributing documents as needed
· Keeping records of materials filed or removed, using logbooks or computers
· Performing general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail
· Destroying outdated files following protocol, or moving them to inactive storage
