About the Role:
This a key role for our client as this will be their first UK hire and there will be progression to operations manager for the right person.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee a prestigious £7m hospitality project in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential or high-end hospitality fit-out projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the high standards expected in high-end hospitality projects. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments.

Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Handle any issues that arise promptly and effectively to minimize impact on the project.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards. Conduct safety audits and ensure the site is a safe working environment for all personnel.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in high-end residential or high-end hospitality fit-out projects. Previous experience managing projects of similar value (£7m or higher) is highly desirable.
