Key accountabilities:

Manage debtor accounts, ensuring timely debt collection.

Resolve customer invoice queries.
-
Prepare and send payment reminders.
-
Provide credit, rebate, and claims information.
-
Gather credit/reference information.
-
Review and update credit limits and terms regularly.
-
Reconcile client payments and accounts.
-
Monitor and manage collection procedures, arranging claims collection or write-offs as needed.

Escalate problematic accounts to relevant teams.
General ledger:

Process and monitor incoming payments.
-
Code payments and journal entries.
-
Maintain payment and invoice records.
Reporting:
Customer Service:

Deliver high-quality assistance to customers.
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-
Perform additional finance and administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-
GCSE in English and Math.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
