My client is a leading specialist in the field of fire protection works carrying out fire stopping ad fire door installation / remedial works to properties across the North of England.
They've been establish over 5 years and during that time have built an impressive client base and are turning over more than £5 million per annum, with plans to triple their turnover in the next 2 years.
Due to the growth they've been experiencing, they're looking to employ a contract manager to oversee the delivery of FRA work in social housing.
Due to several contract wins, they're looking to employ a contract manager to oversee fire protection works in social housing properties.
You will receive a FRA report, and will need to be able to prioritise works, book surveys, programme works, quote & price and oversee compliant delivery.
This will be an office based role (can be hybrid at some point in the future).
It will require someone who is good at processing data, with good IT skills who is able to follow processes.
The role will involve very little micro management, and they like to have a informal culture within the office.
They are looking at an EMI scheme in place of bonuses. An EMI scheme is opportunity to gain shares in the business which can be divested on the point of a sale - they anticipate this could be a life changing amount of money
