Customer Service Coordinator
Pay: £11.50 (37.5 hours)
Location: Norwich
This is a temporary, full time position.
It is working a shift pattern where hours fall between 8am and 6pm.
The shift pattern also includes working one in six Saturdays.

Managing inbound and outbound calls, liaising with service users and their families.

Booking all delivery rounds in advance for Technicians and Service Engineers, utilising inhouse software appropriately.

Ensuring all client and delivery details are correct and up to date, adding notes to the system where necessary.

Ensuring emergency jobs are actioned within the agreed timescales by relaying the requirements to the technicians and warehouse.

Answering emails and complaints within agreed timeframes.

Liaising between health professionals and service users
