Rate of Pay
" £12.86 paid on a weekly basis, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ( Band 4)
Key Responsibilities:
' Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including document preparation, audio typing, and data processing. ' Manage diaries, organise meetings, and prepare necessary documentation for the Operational Lead. 'Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications to create high-quality documents, presentations, and reports. ' Provide administrative support for committees and projects, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on actions. 'Take minutes and notes as required Collaborate closely with Air Ambulance Northern Ireland charity staff
Requirements:
5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Math, or equivalent educational qualifications AND a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or secretarial position to include experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite or equivalent
Or
Three years experience in an administrative or secretarial position to include experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite or equivalent
Essential Criteria
Word/Text Processing Level 2 - OCR/RSA (or equivalent).
Ability to minute/note take at Committee level, meetings etc
Ability to delegate, motivate and use initiative.
Previous experience as Personal Secretary / Administrative roles would be advantageous.
