The Opportunity:
Our client is on the lookout for a proactive Busienss Development Manager to promote their cutting-edge solar technology and telematics software into the construction industry.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales by building and maintaining a sales pipeline, leveraging your existing/building new relationships with large construction contractors and offering options for the sale and hire of relevant equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Skills and Experience:

You will have a track record of successful business development into the construction industry

You’ll be goal oriented, resilient, and have the ability to self-motivate and manage within an unstructured environment

Able to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

A proven background in delivering against realistic targets

A full drivers licence and willingness to travel nation wide when required

A good understanding and experience of the off-grid power and solar lighting market including temporary and permanent lighting would be beneficial but not essential
