We are seeking a highly experienced, resilient and dynamic Service Coordinator to support a leading engineering business in a period of change. The primary focus of this role is working in the service team to schedule works, but there are multiple ongoing projects around systems to get involved with. This role will suit an experienced Administrator who is used to a busy environment, where no two days are the same! An initial 3 month contract is offered with a high likelihood of extension or potential permanent opportunity.
Core duties include, but not limited to:
Efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching maintenance engineers to customers
Producing quotes from engineers’ reports
Organising relevant parts requirements with Stores and suppliers
Processing orders to ensure the work is carried out in a timely manner
Organising access equipment as and when needed for high access jobs / other
Job scheduling and distributing liaising with the team and engineers
Administrative support to business change projectsRequirements for the role:

Willingness to be involved in multiple projects in other departments
Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
Able to work as part of a team as well as individual
Experience within a similar roleThis role is on site working, free parking is provided on site.
