We are looking for an individual to join a family run business based in the local area, where you will become a support function to the whole team, whilst also being happy to roll up your sleeves and help with the basic tasks of facilities.
We are looking for a strong all-arounder, if you want to work in a corporate setting, this position isn't for you - but it is a great opportunity for the right individual.
What's on offer:
Salary: £26 - 30k pro rata
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Ensure the office remains tidy and well-organised
Manage office supplies, including ordering and replenishment
Provide full administrative support to the team
Book travel and accommodation for company events
Handle phone and email queries as needed
Assist with onboarding new clients, including drafting agreements and setting up direct debits
Maintain and update the CRM system
Organise quarterly team-building activities
Assist with ad-hoc marketing activities and organise event merchandise
