Project coordinator salary is 24k to 25k per annum

Main Purpose of the Project coordinator
The role of Project Coordinator is to provide effective and efficient management of our telecom’s orders, in the operations department, to ensure our customer expectations are always met with coordination of deliveries and supplied services.
Main Duties of the Project coordinator

Manage daily purchase orders for new and existing tower orders

Liaise with site teams regularly to update forecast and system information to meet the clients’ expectations for accurate and efficient delivery times.

Support the management team with site access surveys including using portals for AP/Wireless/WIG/Arqiva/MBNL, raising REQ Numbers)

Support the management team with rigging resource requests and booking resources on the company systems

Manage business compliance for various legislative requirements including LOLER, PPE Inspections & Training Certificates

Provide data to create the Rigging Utilisation Report and support the Operations Manager in the delivery of this data

Managing customer expectations with real time deliveries

Provide high-level customer service to all staff and departments you liaise with

Complete the customer report on a weekly or monthly basis

Provides financial and commercial support

Escalates engineering issues to the Project Manager as relevant

Manages simple profit and loss statements

Assists in the scheduling of engineers in line with project SLAs
-
Arranges site access, site access permits as required by the project(s) and in conjunction with the project schedule.

Coordinates and tracks tools and test equipment between field staff, updating relevant systems

Communicates to engineers and audits project documentation, arranging field quality audits as appropriate.

Produce reports internally and to customers as relevant by project(s)
