The Role
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a well-organised, driven Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the agency by providing support to team members and managers.
Responsibilities:
Creating client research documents and sales pack preparation
Supporting file checks and compliance
Answer and redirect phone calls
Call centre handover tasks
Distribute incoming emails by creating cases for the customer Service team
Order office stationery and supplies
Successfully complete all internal and external required training programmes
Complete required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours
Ensure that all internal and regulatory compliance measures are accurately metSkills and Requirements:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage own workload and to work effectively under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to adapt and adjust in a busy environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
