Hales group are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client in Great-Yarmouth on a 1 year fixed term contract. Within this company you will be reporting to the Application Manager and responsible for assisting the Sales team throughout the project life cycle, from initial concept and quotation through to a final product, process release and supporting the sales team to create small/medium machinery quotations.
Duties:
Support with creation of preliminary sales project plans including relevant quality documentation.
Supporting Stakeholder management
Working with the Sales Project Manager and other areas of the business to assist with machine delivery
Support the FAT & SAT aspect of the project.
Creating sales quotations machinery.
Liaising with Customers and Sales Team.
Ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
Ensuring all technical files completed as per requirements.
Recording and distributing minutes of any project related meetings in a timely manner.
Actively seek ways to improve project timelines.
Actively pursue personal development.
Skills and experience :
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office ie. Word & Excel
Accurate record keeping, computer skills and general windows software applications.
Knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes and techniques.
Making smart decisions to meet company objectives.
Previous experience in problem solving.
Encouraging constructive performance evaluation for project activities
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in communication skills, influencing and persuasive skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated individual
Assertiveness in managing challenging individuals and stressful situations, ensuring others remain motivated.
