Our client is the UK's largest luxury brand franchised van and truck dealer, . They are currently seeking an Aftersales Manager.
This role will be a great fit for you if you:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service and achieve site and individual goals.
- Monitor compliance with all statutory regulations and ensure quality and service standards are met.
- Control cost management for the department.
- Collaborate with managers across various departments to ensure a unified, positive approach to teamwork and customer service.
- Work with relevant departments such as marketing, IT, and HR to uphold company values and ensure correct processes and policies are followed.
- Ensure site and departmental KPIs are met through robust leadership and a hands-on approach.
- Lead and develop apprentices.
- Manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure a high quality of staff.
- Establish business objectives and personal development goals with employees, and monitor performance against agreed targets.
- Conduct appraisals with your team every September and follow up with regular one-on-ones and personal development plans.
- Build strong working relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years working experience for aftersales manager and sales and operation management
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- GCSE or above
