As part of their growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the business, the role will report directly into the Operations Manager and you will become part of a modestly sized dynamic team of administrators in a lively office environment.

What will you do as an Administrator?
-
Looking after 12 accounts split across the team
-
Answer incoming calls from customers logging jobs on their system.

Tracking and scheduling engineer routes and timetables to complete the jobs

Answering and triaging customer and client emails
-
Making outbound contact to clients, customers, and engineers
What do you need as an Administrator?
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-
Proven CRM experience
-
Microsoft suite experience particularly word, excel and outlook
-
Ability to pass Enhanced DBS check
-
Confident telephone and communication skills
-
Happy to work the occasional Saturdays however rewarded with a Friday 12pm finish
