Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing key client accounts, acting as the main contact, and ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
Hosting regular meetings and maintaining communication with clients to collect feedback, offer updates, and resolve issues.
Managing client invoicing on a weekly or monthly schedule, ensuring precision and punctuality.
Executing various administrative duties to aid in the daily functions of the business.
Delivering outstanding customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions, building strong client relationships.
Experience and Skills Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred but not required.
