My client is a leading provider of industrial door and loading bay solutions, dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their clients' facilities. Due to recent contract expansion and company growth, they are now seeking to employ an Industrial Door & Loading Bay Technician covering sites in the Hampshire region.
Responsibilities:

Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of industrial doors, loading bay equipment, and related systems.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with industrial doors and loading bay equipment.

Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of equipment.

Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide customised solutions.

Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on each job.

Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to enhance service delivery.
Remuneration:
-
Basic introductory salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, based on a 40-hour contract.

All hours including door-to-door travel time outside of 40-hour contract paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.

Working hours of 08:00am to 04:30pm Monday to Friday plus overtime and travel at enhanced rates.

22 days’ annual leave, plus Bank Holidays; increasing with length of service.
